With the next patch, Infinity Kingdom players will be introduced to a brand-new feature event: Wildfire Furnace. I’ve managed to get an early look through video footage, and it’s shaping up to be one of the most impactful events we’ve seen in a while — both for progression and for castle customization.

What Is Wildfire Furnace?

The Wildfire Furnace is a resource-driven event where you smelt by dumping surplus resources and speedups into a special furnace. Each contribution adds Smelting Points to your personal progress bar. Reaching milestones on this bar rewards you with valuable items, including Exchange Coins, which will play a key role in future progression.

Why This Event Matters

1. Castle Skin Fragments (Corridor of Ghostflame)

Perhaps the most exciting part of the Wildfire Furnace is the reward pool: it includes Castle fragments to upgrade the Corridor of Ghostflame.

OBS: The video shown to us clearly shows Abyssal fragments, but apparently this has been changed in the days up to release. The final event live on servers has Ghostflame instead – a significant less powerful skin.

• This skin is widely regarded as one of the strongest in the game.
• It offers a Troop HP which does have an impact in both PvP and PvE performance, however not as powerful as other combat skills – like Abyssal.
• Having a reliable way to obtain fragments through an event is a major win for players who’ve been eyeing this skin.

2. Exchange Coins for Level 55–60 Progression

Wildfire Furnace also introduces Exchange Coins, which will be crucial for the upcoming building level cap increase from 55 to 60.

• If you remember the jump from level 50 to 55, we had to collect Aethers.
• Now, Exchange Coins will help us obtain the new material requirements for this next upgrade tier.
• These coins won’t just be limited to Wildfire Furnace; they’ll be obtainable through other methods as well, but this event looks like a key source.
