Golden Path Shopping List for F2P or Spender
Infinity Kingdom Guide: Best Shopping List for Golden Path (Patch 2.8.5 Edition)
By Myrahk – July 2025
Common Player Question throughout the many years of Golden Path: What should I prioritize? What should I buy?… lets answer that once in for all!

The Golden Path is, hands down, the best value feature in Infinity Kingdom. It gives access to meta immortals, unique artifacts, portals, purple crystals, and other high-value items at a better rate than any other system in the game. But with limited Golden Path Coins each season, what should you actually buy?

This guide breaks it down for Free-to-Play, Light Spenders, and Whales, helping you make the best shopping choices based on your playstyle and goals.
How to Complete a Golden Path Season
Levels and Runtime: To fully utilize the entire shop during the Golden Path Season, players need to reach level 50. The event spans a duration of 30 days, giving you ample time to immerse yourself in its challenges and reap the rewards.

Daily Quests: By completing the 18 daily quests you can earn a total of 216 EXP.
Total Gain Calculation: We have around 30 days to complete a season. 30 x 216 EXP = 6480 EXP = 64 levels. That means you get the 100 from clearing battle pass plus 15x 50 return reward = 450 coins for a total of 550 coins per season entirely free to play.
Buying the Battle Pass for 20$ you get 20 levels, meaning an additional 600 coins as you repeat the 50 level 20 more times plus 200 coins from the paid tier rewards as you level. Total of 550 + 600 + 200 = 1350 coins.

Step 1: Understand Your Coin Budget
Here’s how many coins you can expect:
- Free-to-Play: ~500–600 coins (depending on activity and pass completion)
- Light Spender (Premium Pass): ~1300-1400 coins (200 from the instant 20 levels + ~750 from progression)
- Whale: No real limit — you’ll max the pass every season, just gem it…
Knowing your coin budget helps prioritize properly.
Best Buys in the Golden Path Shop
Before we make lists, here are the top-value items every player should consider:
- Action Point Flasks (x10) – 1,000 AP each for just 10 coins — insane value for farming gnomes/events.
- Unique Artifacts (NEW) – Now available for those immortals, 600 coins each (one per immortal per season).
- Meta Immortal Fragments – Yi Sun-Shin, Matilda, Artemisia, Tokugawa, Trajan are game-changing.
- Random Immortal Fragments (x5 per element) – 1500 total per season for 150,000 purple crystals (Best source for ToK growth).
- Portals (x10) – Cheap migration tokens at 50 coins each.
Myrahk’s Best Shopping Lists
Let’s optimize based on player type:
Free-to-Play (500-600 coins)
If you’re F2P, your focus should be long-term progression. Goal: Get the core immortals that you are unable to obtain elsewhere due to pay-walls.

Priority Order:
- Immortal Fragments – Pick one meta immortal you’re building. Keep buying until core main march immortal is max.
- Action Point Flasks (x10) – 10,000 AP — 100 coins total.
- Elemental Selection Unique Artifacts – 480 coins. Use them to upgrade your core damage dealer in your main setup max.
- Random Immortal Fragments 60x fragments for 60 coins, buy as many as you can and turn them into Purple Crystals to upgrade your ToK skills.
- If you are considering migration, Portal (50 coins) or stockpile toward next season.
Light Spenders (1300-1400 coins with Premium Pass)
This is the sweet spot for efficiency. You get enough coins to make serious progress without spending hundreds.

Priority Order:
- Action Point Flasks (x10) – 100 coins for 10,000 AP for event farming efficiency.
- Elemental Selection Unique Artifacts – 480 coins. Very good value, make sure you buy both (2x) in stock and upgrade your core damage dealer in your main setup max.
- Unique Artifact – 600 coins. This is huge value if you need it. But you should only buy if you are using these immortals in your main or secondary march.
- Random Immortal Fragments (all 5 elements) – You gain 100 Purple Crystals worth of fragments for each coin spent here. Max 1500 coins for 150K Crystals.
- Portals – if you are doing migration prep.
Goal: Make one immortal artifact-ready, continue boosting your Tower of Knowledge, and stock up on migration flexibility.
Whales (No Budget Limit)
If you’re maxing, your shopping list is everything. But there’s still a smart order of operations:
Priority Order:
- All Unique Artifacts – 600 coins each — must-have for meta immortals.
- All Meta Immortal Fragments (5x each) – You’ll max their talents much faster.
- Random Immortal Fragments (all 5 elements) – Even whales need purple crystals for maxing ToK.
- Portals (x10) – Flexibility for cross-server migration.
- Action Point Flasks (x10) – Farm nonstop.
- Cosmetics (castle skins, frames) – If you care about aesthetics.
Goal: Max out your main team’s immortals and artifacts, prep for Conquest meta builds, and maintain server movement flexibility.
Why This Shopping Order Works
- Purple Crystals are the hardest long-term bottleneck — get them every season.
- Artifacts are now the biggest game-changer for meta immortals.
- Meta Immortals like Yi Sun-Shin, Matilda, Trajan, and Tokugawa remain top Conquest picks.
- Portals & AP future-proof your account for server politics and event farming.
TL;DR – Myrahk’s Golden Path Shopping Rules
- F2P: Paywalled immortals for free here → Action Points → Random fragments for purples.
- Light Spender: Action Points → Artifact for main → Paywalled immortals for free here → Random frags → Portals.
- Whales: Buy everything in this order: AP → Artifacts → Immortal Frags → Random Frags → Portals → Cosmetics.
Final Thoughts
Even after the 2.8.5 adjustments (fragment limit reduction), the Golden Path is still the single best value purchase in Infinity Kingdom.
For Free-to-Play, it’s your primary path to Tower of Knowledge growth.
For Light Spenders, it’s the perfect mix of efficiency and power progression.
For Whales, it’s the fastest way to stay meta with artifacts and immortals.
If you take anything from this guide, it’s this: Never miss a season of Golden Path.
