Defensive Himiko Build (earth base progressing into chaos-conquest)

🏯 Endgame Guide: The Ramp-Up Himiko Conquest Setup

For endgame players in Infinity Kingdom, Conquest is where the competition gets serious. Many of the strongest teams you’ll face are built around Chaos immortals and legendary skills, making it harder to stand out without going full whale.

This guide showcases a highly competitive Conquest setup that is achievable for mid-level spenders. You’ll need access to two Chaos immortals (so yes, a long grind and some money), but you won’t need to whale out on every legendary skill to make it work. The build is based on one core idea:

👉 Defend and stall until Himiko ramps up — then let her burn everything to ashes.

NOTE: This is a default build made to counter specifically a physical based meta and based on the availability for this player. Given total free roam of skills there should be slight changes.

Premium Upgrades (Whale/High-Spender Flex): For players who want to push the setup to the top of the food chain, these skills are your endgame chase goals:

  • Energy Mastery (Himiko) – Premium mage scaling, massive power increase.
  • Infinite Firepower (Himiko) – Synergizes perfectly with Abundant Spirit for devastating bursts.
  • Corrosive Power (Himiko) – If available, creates regen-bursty variants of the build.
  • Fighting Master (Himiko) – If against enemy Himiko mirrors.
  • No Escape (Flexible slot) – Replace Vitality Touch or Energy Suppression depending on enemy comps. Provides insane CC and control.

👉 These aren’t required to make the build work, but they will make your Himiko one of the most dangerous carries in Conquest. Now, lets get on with the base build for Himiko-earth in physical meta conquest.

🐉 Dragon Choice: Earth Dragon

  • Why Earth? Earth Dragon provides the most defensive buffs and survivability tools, letting your march outlast enemy bursts. Since the build relies on Himiko coming online after about a minute, defense and sustain are the foundation of the strategy.

🔥 Core Damage Dealer: Himiko

Himiko is the centerpiece of this march. She is fragile early but absolutely devastating once Battle Stance kicks in.

Recommended Skills:

  • Abundant Spirit – Boosts trigger chance by 10% and adds 30% magical damage. Essential for amplifying Himiko’s nukes.
  • Battle Stance – The engine of the build. After 20s, grants extra damage and regen, turning Himiko into a late-fight monster.
  • Poison Thorn – Counters physical-heavy teams like Apollo or Alexander. (Can be swapped for Heavy Lifter or Chaos Storm, depending on your meta)

It is important to note, that the specific setup on Himiko can change a lot based on what you are faced with. This is a ramp-up to match other physical ramps, but you can also lean into hyper regen if you need frontloaded burst: Then you do Energy Master, Corrosive. You can run it without the ramp-up if your defensive is not high enough, then you can run e.g. abundant spirit, heavy lifter, chaos storm for trigger-chance synergy. Or you can run Fighting Master if you are faced with enemy himikos and needs to counter a mirror build.

Basically, the rest of the setup stays the same more or less but himiko needs to change based on what you are pitted against in PvP combat in your specific battlegroup and meta.

💡 Whale Upgrade: If you have legendary Chaos skills like Energy Mastery or Infinite Firepower, slot them in. These outperform standard options but aren’t mandatory for this build to succeed.

🌸 Support Backline: Fu Fei (or Theodora)

Your second backliner should focus entirely on keeping the fight going until Himiko ramps up.

Recommended Skills:

  • Energy Suppression – Slows down enemy ultimates.
  • Spring of Life – Core sustain skill.
  • Assist – Protects your fragile backline.

If you don’t have Fu Fei yet, Theodora works very well in this slot.

🛡️ Frontline: YSS & Athena

Two tanky frontliners to anchor the march and soak pressure. Their job is to survive, protect Himiko, and slowly grind down the enemy frontline.

Recommended Skills:

  • Weakening Curse – Reduces enemy damage.
  • Malice – Adds disruption and control.
  • Oaken Guard – Extra toughness.
  • Energy Shield – Essential against magic-heavy comps.
  • Vitality Touch – Sustains the frontline.

Extra Buff: Run Weakness somewhere in the comp to buff Himiko’s crits — she scales incredibly hard with crit amplification.

⚠️ Important Note: No Escape

This guide is written without No Escape in the skill pool. If you do have it:

  • Replace Vitality Touch or Energy Suppression, depending on your opponents.
  • This adds extra control and makes the build even nastier in extended fights.

🧩 Why This Build Works

  • Super Defensive Core – Three supports (two tanks + healer) plus sustain skills mean you can survive nearly any burst.
  • Ramp-Up Win Condition – Once Battle Stance triggers, Himiko goes from “okay” to “terrifying.” She snowballs harder the longer the fight goes.
  • Flexibility – You can swap Poison Thorn, Spring of Life, or Vitality Touch based on what your battlegroup is running.
  • Scales Well With Chaos/Legendary Skills – Even if you start mid-spend, this setup keeps getting better as you add more rare skills to it.

🏆 Final Thoughts

This Himiko Ramp-Up Build is one of the best “spender-friendly” Conquest setups in the current meta. It doesn’t require maxing out every Chaos skill to be competitive — but it rewards patience, smart play, and careful adaptation to your battlegroup.

The philosophy is simple: stall, protect, and ramp up Himiko. Once she’s online, she melts teams, and with three supports backing her up, there’s very little your opponents can do to stop it.

👉 For mid-level spenders who has been playing earth during season 1 and 2 and are now looking to hit Conquest hard without going full whale, this is one of the strongest options available.
