Harvest Festival 2026 – Fishing and Net Cost Efficiency Guide

Introduction

Fishing Contest returns for the Harvest Festival 2026, once again serving as the main progression event for Alexander – Summer Passion. The basic system is: Spend Magic Fishing Nets, catch fish, earn points and work through the special My Catch milestones for Alexander Outfit Fragments.

What you are looking for is Harvest Turtles. These are the catches that matter for Alexander progression, with increasingly large fragment rewards available as you collect more of them.

For players who intend to push beyond the Nets available for free, the important question is therefore not simply how many Nets can be bought, but where those Nets should be purchased. The difference in efficiency between the available packs is substantial.

How Fishing Contest Works During Harvest Festival

Magic Fishing Nets are used to launch the Fishing Contest wheel. Each attempt produces a reward and contributes toward the event, with normal catches carrying different point values. The wheel can also land on additional rewards such as Fishing Opportunities and resource chests.

The special catch for Harvest Festival is the Harvest Turtle, worth 100 points. More importantly, Harvest Turtles have their own progression track under My Catch.

Collect enough Turtles and you can redeem Alexander – Summer Passion Fragments. The requirements gradually increase as you move through the track, while the number of fragments awarded per milestone also rises.

This means Fishing Contest has two overlapping progression systems: Total Points provide general event rewards (Tokens and Insignias),

while Harvest Turtle milestones are what Alexander players should pay closest attention to as these award the Immortal Outfit Fragments.

My Catch: Harvest Turtle Rewards

The Harvest Turtle track contains 20 Alexander milestones, beginning at 50 Turtles and ending at 1,600.

The full track contains 820 Alexander Outfit Fragments. At 1,600 Harvest Turtles, you also receive the seasonal Fishing Master – Leader Insignia, making this the completion target for players who want the exclusive Fishing Contest collectible and lets face it – for huge spender-turtles only!

For everyone else, there is no particular reason to regard 1,600 as mandatory. The better approach is to decide which Alexander milestone you actually want and purchase enough Nets to reach it.

Buying Magic Fishing Nets

Once the free Nets from Harvest Festival have been exhausted, there are two primary places to purchase additional Nets:

1. The in-game Fishing Contest purchase ladder

This is a sequential ladder where spending money can also unlock additional free or Gem-purchased tiers. Those extra Nets are important when calculating the real value of each purchase. Looking only at the Nets displayed on the paid tier significantly understates how efficient the early purchases are.

2. The GTarcade store

GTarcade sells separate Magic Fishing Net bundles. These do not have the same unlock structure, making their value much easier to calculate directly.

For the comparison below, Gem and free tiers unlocked by an in-game purchase are included in the Total Nets, but Gems themselves are not assigned a dollar value. The calculation is deliberately focused on one question: how many Magic Fishing Nets do I receive for each dollar spent?

Magic Fishing Net Cost Efficiency

The results make the early in-game ladder remarkably straightforward. Every in-game purchase through $4.99 provides better cash efficiency than any of the GTarcade bundles. The opening $0.99 purchase is particularly strong at roughly 758 Nets per dollar.

There is also an interesting change around the $10 mark. The in-game $9.99 tier provides 420.4 Nets per dollar, narrowly beating the GTarcade $4.99 bundle at 416.8. From there, however, efficiency drops sharply. GTarcade’s $9.99 bundle falls to 308.3 Nets per dollar, while the $19.99 and $29.99 in-game tiers fall to 260.1 and 216.7 respectively.

If cash efficiency is the only consideration, the purchase order is therefore:

In-game $0.99 → $1.99 → $2.99 → $4.99 → GTarcade $0.99 → GTarcade $1.99 → GTarcade $2.99 → In-game $9.99 → GTarcade $4.99 → GTarcade $9.99 → In-game $19.99 → In-game $29.99.

There is one caveat: the in-game ladder is sequential, so this table is best understood as the effective value of progressing through each purchase step, including the free or Gem tier it unlocks. It is not a menu where every in-game tier can necessarily be bought independently.

Conclusion

Harvest Festival Fishing Contest is ultimately a milestone event. Magic Fishing Nets generate your attempts, but Harvest Turtles are what determine Alexander progression, with 820 Alexander – Summer Passion Fragments available across the complete My Catch track and the exclusive Fishing Master – Leader Insignia waiting at 1,600 Turtles.

For anyone buying additional Nets, the early in-game Fishing Contest ladder is clearly the strongest value. Its first four paid steps all outperform the GTarcade bundles once their unlocked rewards are included, and even the in-game $9.99 tier remains competitive. After that, efficiency drops quickly.

My approach would be to collect every free Net available across Harvest Festival first, check where that leaves you on the Harvest Turtle track, and only then start purchasing. Buy toward the next Alexander milestone rather than buying Nets simply because they are available. Once the efficient packs have been exhausted, additional spending should only make sense when it secures a specific fragment milestone or the 1,600-Turtle seasonal insignia.
