Snow Festival (Christmas) december 2025

Snow Festival Christmas Event Guide (Starts December 22)

Infinity Kingdom’s Christmas celebrations kick off December 22 and bring back the familiar seasonal loop—Glorious Challenge → Stockings shop, a 30-level Battle Pass, and Dazzling Wish / Grail Shop—with at least one genuinely new tab in the UI this time: Winter Star, a daily gift exchange feature aimed at alliance interaction.

Disclaimer

This article is written before the event goes live on servers. Information is based on the material shared with the press officer team ahead of release, so it should be highly credible, but minor changes can happen between test implementation and live rollout—especially around shop stock and pricing.

Christmas Press Officer letter-hunt

I have one letter hidden in a riddle in this article. Before scrolling down, do click play here and simply enjoy the Christmas riddle as music while you read all about the coming Christmas event! That way you will also have solved the riddle before you even get to the riddle-text (bottom of this article)! Happy holidays and happy hunting <3

Thanks MagicMage for making this wonderful music to the riddle!

Snow Festival Koi Gift Pack (Paid, Optional)

If you’re the kind of player who only buys a few “value” packs per month, this one is consistently among the best bang-for-buck options we see in seasonal events.

For $4.99, you get:

  • 5 Tokens of Light (for Dazzling Wish)
  • 520 Gems
  • 500 VIP Points
  • A chance at 4,250 Eternal Grails every two days (jackpot odds, but real upside)

The key efficiency note: even if you buy it five times and never hit the lucky draw, you still end up with 850 Grails, which should equal 80 Chaos immortal shards via the Grail Shop, that is quite exceptional shard value for a $25 spend compared to most alternatives.

Lunar Grace Pavilion Battle Pass (30 Levels)

Like past seasonal passes, this Snow Festival pass has a free track and a paid track (expected price: $49.99, based on prior patterns).

Expected Rewards

Free tier (expected):

  • Around 30 Tokens of Light across the full pass

Paid tier (expected):

  • 58 additional Tokens of Light
  • 30 fragments of Goddess of Victory castle skin
  • 60 fragments of the new Lunar Grace Pavilion castle skin

Castle Skin Value Notes (Veteran Take)

  • Lunar Grace Pavilion: +5% troop defense and +5% gathering speed (base line which is all obtainable thus far). This isn’t a top-tier combat skin by raw impact, but it’s a strong quality-of-life skin and a great cosmetic target—plus the pass is mainly about the Token of Light volume anyway.
  • Goddess of Victory: baseline +2% troop HP and -3% death rate; additional fragments may push upgrades (example expectation in the provided notes: Rank 3 ~2.3% HP / -3.9% death rate). This is a practical PvE/siege comfort skin—especially for gnome farming where shaving deaths matters. For pure PvP optimization, many players still default to more aggressive attack-focused skins where available.

How hard is it to finish?

No official mission list was provided, but seasonal passes typically run on the same structure: 7 daily missions, 100 EXP each, and enough total tasks that you can miss a few per day without failing to hit level 30. Common tasks usually include training troops, Arena, Well of Time, Market purchases, Pinnacle Trial, Glorious Challenge, and gnome bosses.

Glorious Challenge (Your Main Stockings Engine)

This is the seasonal backbone: clear stages, collect gems + Christmas Stockings, then convert Stockings into the main event shop rewards.

Normal Mode

  • Available day 1
  • 16 levels
  • Generally very easy for established accounts

Hard Mode

  • Unlocks day 3
  • Comparable to Elite campaign difficulty
  • More punishing puzzle setups and skill checks

Practical Play Tip: Save Your Extra Attempts

Mechanically, this mode works like previous seasonals: you’ll eventually want to raid the highest stage you can clear, and because rewards scale by stage, the best value for purchased attempts is usually the last Hard stage.

So, if you buy extra entries with gems, the efficient play is to wait until day 3 when Hardmode opens, push as far as you can, and then spend attempts on your best available raid target.

Speed Rankings

Each stage shows server fastest clear times. This is largely bragging rights unless you’re competing with top spenders for prestige.

Pinnacle Trial (The “Elite” Seasonal Mode)

Pinnacle is basically Glorious Challenge’s sharper older sibling: fewer stages, better rewards, and less room for mistakes.

  • 5 levels total
  • 1 attempt per day
  • No extra entries (can’t buy more)

If you clear a level, you can raid it for the rest of the event. Rewards listed / assumed based on previous events include:

  • 25 random Immortal fragments
  • 30 Goddess of Victory castle skin fragments
  • 10 Tokens of Light

Difficulty ramps hard near the end because enemy marches use legendary skills, so mid-game players should expect a real wall on the last couple of stages.

PvP Ranking Section (Mini-Arena Ruleset)

This section runs like a compact competitive ladder:

  • Challenge among the top 10 matches
  • 5 attempts per day
  • Wins give points
  • Losses have no penalty

Specific rewards weren’t confirmed, but seasonal precedent suggests it may pay out more Goddess of Victory fragments (last seasonal example: 1st 24 / 2nd 18 / 3rd 12 / 4th–10th 6). In most mature servers, whales tend to own this board; in quieter servers, a strong Chaos or Earth march can sometimes slip into top 10.

Dazzling Wish + Grail Shop (Tokens of Light Sink)

This looks like the newer Dazzling Wish format (as seen in Serpent’s Gaze seasonal): spend Tokens of Light to roll a board, with chances to pull Eternal Grails plus other rewards like dragon crystal chests and random elemental fragments.

Expected Grail Drop Rates (Based on Last Event)

Provided prior drop chances were:

  • 0.1% for 1000 Grails
  • 0.15% for 500 Grails
  • 0.8% for 100 Grails
  • 1.5% for 50 Grails
  • 10% for 5 Grails

These are not yet confirmed for live, but are a reasonable expectation assuming the board is unchanged from last seasonal (Medusa Gaze event).

Grail Shop Expectations (Most Uncertain Area)

The shop appears “different” in test materials. What’s shown suggests:

  • Chaos fragments possibly in selectable chests (notably “80 chaos fragments” implied via stock/limits)
  • 2 full artifacts
  • Pricing shown: 850 Grails for Immortal, 1100 for Artifact (matching Medusa pricing last seasonal)

Player expectation (not confirmed) is that the live shop may expand – potentially including other Chaos immortals at lower costs (e.g., 750/1000 style pricing). But this is the part to treat most cautiously until reset confirms the real stock limits and catalog.

Value vs Chaos Roulette (Veteran Take)

If Dazzling Wish rates stay similar, Chaos Roulette usually remains the better “pure value” Token of Light sink for most accounts. The strategic exception is availability: Medusa not being in Roulette means that this seasonal can become one of the few ways for whales to keep progressing on her (assuming she is in the chest). Like I said, this part about the Grail Shop is what I have the least info on, but it looks like selection chaos immortal chests, selection chaos immortal unique artifacts, and castle skin selection chests as the main rewards. We will have to wait and see what goes live at reset.

Main Event Shop: Redeem Your Stockings

This is where your Glorious Challenge work turns into guaranteed rewards.

Confirmed / Shown Items

  • Tokens of Light (looks like a daily limit, shown as 5/day; which could mean a sizeable increase over previous seasonals if it goes live looking like this. Usually we get total of 25 in total during a seasonal event).
  • Christmas-themed avatar frame
  • Christmas-themed chatbox
  • 25 Philosopher stones

Expected (Not Confirmed Yet)

  • 2 Artifact Selection Chests
  • 600 Stardust

Cost Notes

  • Cosmetics + collectibles: 1,700 stockings total
  • Artifact chests usually: 2,000 each
  • Stardust often: 1,000 per 100
  • Tokens of Light pricing appears consistent with prior seasonals (~2,000 stockings for 5 tokens), just potentially delivered through daily stock instead of a fixed total cap.

How many Stockings can you get?

Based on previous seasonal totals (32 total stages across Normal + Hard):

  • Normal 1–16: 1,890
  • Hard 1–16: 3,670
  • Total: 5,560

If you skip artifact chests, you can often clear the “best” shop items without spending gems.

There’s also the optional gem sink: a 100-ticket purchase for 8,000 Gems, and raiding Hard 16 has historically produced enough currency (~28,000) to buy out the shop, usually with currency to spare, but we may be more in demand of currency this time to get all the Tokens (we will see if it goes live like this).

Brand New Event Tab: Winter Star

This is the true new feature this year: Winter Star, described as a gift-exchange event where you can send gifts to alliance members daily. The official wording is limited, so details (gift types, limits, and rewards) will have to be confirmed once the tab goes live.

Press Officer Christmas Code Hunt Riddle

Now let’s pause the article, just for a bit – If you’ve made it this far, you’re likely quite fit. You may be hunting for letters, scattered about. So I won’t give it away or spell it straight out. Instead, play along—no rush, no strain: And enjoy a small riddle, as a seasonal game:

A single little letter, hiding in a winter squall,
I am unseen by the star and the tree in the hall.
You won’t see me in holly nor in merry appear,
Yet I stand at the start when the new year is here.

Marry Christmas everybody!

Conclusion on what to expect from this year’s Snow Festival

Snow Festival looks like a familiar, efficient seasonal cycle with a strong emphasis on Tokens of Light, plus a potentially high-impact spending option in the Koi Gift Pack and a still-to-be-confirmed but intriguing Grail Shop lineup. The practical plan remains the same: clear Normal early, push Hard on day 3, raid your best Hard stage for Stockings, and treat Dazzling Wish as either a targeted unit progression tool (if your target isn’t in Roulette) or a secondary option behind Roulette efficiency.

TL;DR

  • Starts Dec 22; structure mirrors prior seasonal events.
  • Koi Gift Pack ($4.99) is excellent small-spender value, especially for Chaos shard efficiency via Grails.
  • Battle Pass (30 levels): free tokens, paid track expected to include lots more tokens + Lunar Grace Pavilion + Goddess of Victory fragments.
  • Glorious Challenge: save extra attempt spending for day 3 Hard mode, then raid your highest Hard stage.
  • Pinnacle Trial: harder, limited entries, strong rewards – expect a difficulty wall late.
  • Winter Star is the new tab: daily alliance gift exchange, details TBD live.
