What Is a Voucher in Infinity Kingdom?
So this week’s ‘question of the week’ that I have been getting the most both on Discord and in-game has been: “What’s a voucher, and how does it work?” I think this question is popping up a lot right now because of the new Spender Voucher Event that GTarcade just dropped through their social media channels. The event itself is nothing crazy — you can search for your account via a GTarcade webpage and buy vouchers at a 5% discount. While discounts are always nice, its only real value for 1 and 2 $ bundles or if you are desperate for gems. But more on that. In this article we will briefly go over the new spender campaign but mainly focus on the core question of “what is a ‘voucher’ and how do they work?”

Before getting into whether it’s worth it, let’s first break down what a voucher actually is and how it works inside Infinity Kingdom.
What a Voucher Actually Is
A voucher in Infinity Kingdom is basically a form of in-game payment. You can think of it as a prepaid credit that you can use in the in-game shop to buy bundles, event packs, or any of the regular offers that pop up there.
You can’t earn vouchers inside the game directly — they come from GTarcade events or bundles that you buy outside the game (like from the official GTarcade website or app store promotions).

Once you buy one, the system automatically sends it to your in-game mailbox. From there, it becomes an item you can find in your inventory.

Each voucher has a specific dollar value, such as $1, $2, $6, $20, etc. When you go to the in-game shop, you’ll see the option to pay using a voucher if you have one available (if your in-game shop is using your local currency, don’t worry the vouchers work on the bundles just the same). So if you have a $5.99 voucher and you buy a $5.99 bundle, the voucher covers that cost fully — no real money needed, or well you spent the money on the Gtarcade app instead of the in-game shop.
A few key details worth knowing:
- Most vouchers expire after 30 days, so don’t just let them sit there.
- For some reason, $5.99 vouchers don’t expire, which makes them possible to hold onto.
- Vouchers can only be used inside the in-game shop, not in the GTarcade App’s external shop or official website events.
About the Current Spender Voucher Event
The new Spender Voucher Event is pretty straightforward: GTarcade gives you a 5% discount on buying vouchers directly. You search for your account name or castle number on their event page, choose the voucher amount, and buy it with the discount applied. See campaign here.

Now, while 5% off is fine, the event’s value isn’t amazing. Here’s why:
- Most players who want vouchers already need them for events like Stellar Compass, Sparks of Galaxy, Chaos Roulette, or Wisdom Well — but those events usually give extra currency or rewards if you buy directly from the GTarcade in-game bundles.
- The daily bundles (especially the three Pearl bundles) often come with extra AP and SP bottles, making them a better deal overall.
- The voucher event doesn’t give you that kind of bonus — just the small discount itself.
If you are looking to buy 1$ and 2$ bundles OR if you want vouchers to buy in-game items because you favor getting gems over more e.g. event currency you will find value from the event. But in general I would advise you make sure to get the most efficient bundles over in-game bundles that award gems. For example, if you are buying Frosty Orbs for Sparks of Galaxy with the 1$ and 2$ bundles, you get the same amount from Gtarcade and in-game store, but you get gems from the in-game store, and as such you should buy vouchers and redeem in-game. Here this campaign is, well… not good value, but the best value you will get. Beware, that as you enter the 5$ and above tier, you get more value from Gtarcade as the number of Frosty Orbs increases over in-game bundles.

In general, you will get better value in the Gtarcade store. But always compare for max efficiency!
For example, you can get a 3x 5.99 (3*6=18) voucher plus 9x Major AP and 9x Major SP bottles plus 1,100 VIP and 1 million gold by spending just 15$ in the Gtarcade App, whereas the in-game shop gives you a few gems but no other side rewards and 3x will cost you the full 18$ insead of 15$ plus side rewards.

The same is true for Gtarcade bundles for events, like buying 8x Divine Coins (coins for Wisdom Well event) for 5$ on Gtarcade, compared to getting just 4x Divine Coins for 5$ in-game (plus 520 gems and 500 VIP points and 100K gold).

So while it’s technically a “discount,” the total value per dollar is usually better if you just stick to the regular GTarcade bundles instead of chasing this event.
Bottom Line
Vouchers are prepaid credits you can use in the in-game shop to buy bundles in-game. They come from GTarcade’s website events or bundles, arrive in your in-game mailbox, and most expire after 30 days.
The current Spender Voucher Event gives a small 5% discount, which isn’t bad — but not enough to make it better than the regular GTarcade bundles, which still give more total value.
Always compare bundles across campaigns and stores, the options here are subject to change so always compare across shops when you are planning your spending.
