Bundle from september 2025 – Thunderstorm and Bon Voyage

Alright, so a lot of you have been sending me DMs about the new Gift of Bondings Bundles: “What’s behind the Gifts of Bonding this time? What’s the TP skin? What’s the castle skin?”. So let us take a detailed look at the full breakdown for September’s three-bundle chain.

Bundle 1 – $5
- Cosmetic: Hippolyta Profile Picture Frame
- Other stuff: Minor resources, speedups, and the new addition: a tiny unique artifact element selection chest.
Now, don’t get baited by the artifact chest. It’s nice in theory, but the amount is way too small to be efficient (compared to e.g. Sparks). You don’t buy this for efficiency. You buy it either because:
- You like Hippolyta and want her frame.
- You’re unlocking bundle 2 because you’re chasing the skins.

Bundle 2 – $50
- Teleportation Skin: “Thunderstorm” (Lightning Dragon TP effect)
- Buff: +3% SP Recovery Speed

Here’s where most of the questions were aimed. The Thunderstorm TP skin looks flashy and it pairs amazingly with Wrath of Thunder if you are looking to build a full lightning-themed account (perhaps even with a lightning main march). Stat-wise? Meh. The effect is certainly not the worst one (resource collection rate) but it isnt hugely impactful either.
Let’s do the math:
- Default regen = 288 SP/day.
- With Thunderstorm = +8.64 SP/day.
That’s literally a couple more marches per week. Not exactly meta-breaking.
If we’re comparing:
- Death rate reduction TP effects = Best effect.
- Resource rate = Worst effect.
- Honor rate = Situational
- Thunderstorm = sits comfortably in the “not terrible, but not worth it for stats” tier.
In essence, what is important to realize here is that you buy this one if you like the look. Like, I am personally holding out for the Fire Dragon TP skin, because that one just fits my fire march thematically. You should think about these as ‘pay for the cosmetics not the effect value’.
Bundle 3 – $100
- Castle Skin: “Bon Voyage” (Pirate Festival throwback)
- Buff: +3% Honor Gain
This is where my nostalgia kicks in. A couple years ago, when Bon Voyage first dropped during the Pirate Festival, it was the skin to get, because back then, there weren’t combat skins giving HP boosts or better combat buffs. Having +3% honor was actually useful when climbing the competitive ladders.

I remember it clearly — people who had this skin stood out. It was the king of skins for a good while. Now though? The game has shifted and a lot of skins with actual power effects that impact combat are live and easily obtainable. For comparison the best combat skins are unlocked for 50$ in the seasonal events nowadays whereas this Bon Voyage from Bondings will cost you 155$ and has no combat effects and only 3% honor gain.
- City of Glory → +2% HP and +5% honor.
- Corridor of Ghostflame → upgradeable to +3% HP and +15% honor.
So yeah… Bon Voyage is outdated in terms of usefulness. But style-wise? Still badass. You slap that Pirate skin on while running rat-pack style raids and you just look good.
My Take
So, is it worth the $155 total for all three bundles? If you’re efficiency-minded, absolutely not. You’re way better off buying Sparks or artifact packs.
But if you’re a collector or you just love flexing old-school cosmetics, then this lineup is actually a fun one:
- Bundle 1: Unlocks the chain, small perk if you like Hippolyta.
- Bundle 2: Flashy TP effect, tiny buff. Players looking to complete a lightning-themed castle, now is your time for a cosmetic upgrade!
- Bundle 3: A straight-up throwback to when Pirate skin ruled the scene. Cool old school look, but not a good skin anymore.
