Complete guide on all skill stones available in Season 2 and how to get them

A ton of players burn cash in seasons because they see shiny skill stones at painful prices and think, “If I don’t buy now, I’ll fall behind.” You do get a big power bump if you spend early—but most of those stones either get cheaper, move to free-to-play paths, or just get hard-outclassed later. While getting ahead early and getting powerful skills as soon as possible in Wisdom Well is completly valid, it is important to know that getting skills fast come at a high price. Skills roll into the game gradually: first in S1 via Wisdom Well, Cinder Shop, and KvK; then Season 2 adds more to those same places; and Conquest opens the floodgates even further (plus day-chain bundles).

In this guide we are going to look at season 2 and which skills are available to players and where to obtain these. This guide is part of a series on skill stone availability, please review the guide on Conquest skills when you are planning your spending.

So the mindset is simple: if you’re chasing a temporary season spike, go ahead and spend in S1/S2. If you’re efficiency-focused or F2P/low-spend, plan for Conquest and keep your currency flexible.

How Skills Unlock Over Time (big picture)

  • Season 1: You see the first batch in Wisdom Well, Cinder Shop, and KvK. Prices are high and skills will be replaced late game.
  • Season 2: New lineup drops in those same channels, and some things become easier to get or just less premium.
  • Conquest: Even more skills show up across Wisdom Well, Cinder Shop, KvK, and day-chain bundles. This is where patient players looking for maximum efficiency on every dollar spent will truely begin collecting skills.

If you only remember one rule: the later the season, the better your cost-to-power on most skills.

Wisdom Well (S2)

Season 2 updates the Wisdom Well pool and also sets a new jackpot: there’s a 2% chance to pull 4× stones of one listed skill in a single hit. That jackpot is how some players spike a build for the season without buying stones outright.

Available in S2 Wisdom Well:
Siren’s Gaze, Weakness Protection, Berserker, Wind Rage, Overpower, Smite, Spring of Life, Battle Stance, Fear of Domination, Desire of Life, Weakening Curse, Unyielding, Storm Strike, Armageddon, Implosion, Energy Shield.

What this means in practice: if you’re rolling the Well in S2, you’ve got access to a much healthier spread than S1. But if you’re long-term minded, you can still wait—Conquest improves the menu and the value.

Wish Shop, aka Cinder Shop (S2)

In season 2, these stones are in the Cinder Shop at 17 Cinders per stone::
Toxin Barrier, Blade Vortex, Full Coverage, Victorious Pursuit, Snipe, Stormeye, Spell Disintegrator, Guard, Vitality Touch, Purification, Jade Barrier, Spear Impale, Void Realm, Demonic Contract.

All skill stones you roll or earn can be turned into Cinders, and then you buy exactly what you need.

If there’s something that’s directly core to your main march, grabbing it here is fine. Otherwise, don’t force purchases—these lineups keep evolving each season.

KvK (S2)

Using Cold Coins (earned during the season), you can buy stones for 800 Cold Coins per stone. Current Conquest KvK stone lineup you can purchase:

  • KvK Shop (S2): Snipe, Stormeye.
  • KvK Chests (S2): Full Coverage, Siren’s Gaze, Stormeye, Snipe.

Here’s the thing: I don’t recommend heavy spending here in S2. These are decent stones, but they get replaced fast. Full Coverage can be cute if you’re running a super niche high-regen build and you only care about this season, but Conquest gives you better tools in both the KvK Shop and Cinder Shop. For almost everyone, the efficient move is to bank Cold Coins in S1/S2 for Conquest.

If you’re desperate to pivot mid-season, consider the Cinder angle (next section) instead of sinking a lot into direct KvK buys.

The Cinder Trick (And Why It Matters)

All skill stones can be sold for Cinders. So you can:

  1. Pick up a stone from KvK using Cold Coins,
  2. Sell that stone for Cinders,
  3. Buy something else from the Cinder Shop instead.

The ratio you get here is 1:1 between “KvK skill stone → Cinder Shop skill stone.” That’s huge for flexibility. If KvK is offering something you don’t actually want to run, you can still turn it into a Cinder Shop pick that you do need. This is how budget and F2P players quietly fix holes in a march without swiping.

How I’d Plan It (By Spend Level)

F2P / Low-Spend

  • Bank Cold Coins in S1 and S2. Don’t chase every “nice to have.”
  • Use the 1:1 sell-for-Cinders trick when a Cinder Shop skill is crucial to your main march right now.
  • If you can tolerate being a patch behind in raw power, wait for Conquest to splash the Wisdom Well and do the bulk of your shopping.

Mid-Spend

  • Decide if this season matters (e.g., competitive KvK or server politics). If yes, it’s fine to grab one or two cornerstone skills from Cinder Shop or take a few shots at the Wisdom Well jackpot.
  • Don’t overcommit to KvK Shop stones unless they directly slot into your top march now. Use sell→Cinders to stay flexible.

High-Spend / Season-Spike

  • If you want the immediate edge, Season 2’s Wisdom Well list is serviceable, and the 2% 4× jackpot can swing a build fast.
  • Just accept you’ll replace or devalue some of these picks in Conquest. That’s the price of staying ahead in-season.

Player Perspective (What I’d Actually Do)

When I am being asked about skill stone purchases by players in S1 heading into S2, I say: pick your one main march, identify one or two skills that are true core pieces from the S2 lists, and only buy those if they unlock a real spike. Otherwise, sit on your currencies and use KvK purchases as Cinder fuel when the Cinder Shop has something you actually need. And consider if you want to pay the premium is takes to unlock this skill in season 1 or even season 2 instead of waiting for conquest.
