Infinite Firepower and synergy options (written in 2.9.2)
Introduction: Infinite Firepower – Complete Skill Guide
Among legendary magic skills in Infinity Kingdom, Infinite Firepower (IF) sits at the very top when it comes to raw, repeatable magical damage. I’ve tested it across multiple seasons, in both structured KvK wars and standard PvP ladder, and it consistently performs at a level that rivals full ultimate rotations.

What makes the skill exceptional is not just the damage number. It combines:
- High AoE damage
- High trigger frequency
- Built-in Energy regeneration
That combination opens up two distinct build paths:
- A cost-efficient chase build for mid-level spenders (beware IF itself it NOT cheap)
- A high-investment hyper-regen ultimate build for players leaning into maximum magical burst.
Below is a structured breakdown of why the skill works and how to build around it properly.
Skill Overview
Skill Details: After the battle starts, there’s a 60% chance to deal magical damage to all enemies every 3s (damage rate 350%) and increases own Energy Regen Speed by 20% for 3 seconds.

What This Means in Practice
- 350% damage rate AoE
- 60% trigger chance
- Triggers every 3 seconds
- +20% Energy Regen Speed for 3 seconds
In real combat, you’re effectively rolling a 60% chance for a 350% AoE hit every 3 seconds. Over a full fight, that adds up extremely quickly.
In many of my test logs, Infinite Firepower alone has matched or exceeded the total output of some weaker ultimate skills. That’s before you even start building synergy around it.
Why Infinite Firepower Is So Strong
1. Damage Frequency
The key factor is frequency.
A 350% AoE hit is already strong. But attaching that to a 3-second cycle with a 60% trigger rate creates consistent pressure. It’s not a one-time spike. It’s sustained magical bombardment.
This frequency also makes it ideal as a Chase trigger platform, which we’ll cover below.
2. Built-In Energy Regen
The +20% Energy Regen Speed for 3 seconds often gets overlooked.
But because the trigger interval is also 3 seconds, you frequently refresh the regen window. In longer fights, this results in noticeably faster ultimate cycling — especially in energy-optimized setups.
When I tested it on a fully optimized mage lineup, ultimate uptime became dramatically smoother compared to builds without regen stacking.
Build Path 1: Budget Chase Fire Build
This is the efficient route for mid-level spenders who can afford one legendary but not multiple.
Core Synergy
- Infinite Firepower
- Abundant Spirit / Fighting Master
- Chase

Why This Works:
Chase
Because Infinite Firepower hits all enemies at high frequency, it becomes an excellent Chase enabler. Every crit becomes another opportunity for extra follow-up damage.
In fire-based mage setups, this interaction scales very well with crit-focused immortal builds.

What I’ve noticed in real fights is that once crit scaling reaches a comfortable threshold, the damage curve becomes very unstable for the enemy. You get burst chains that can wipe backlines before ultimate rotations even fully stabilize.
Abundant Spirit
- Increases skill trigger chance
- Boosts crit-based synergy
With Abundant Spirit, Infinite Firepower’s trigger chance rises from 60% to 70%.

That 10% increase matters more than it looks on paper because of the 3-second cycle. Over a full battle, the expected number of procs increases significantly.
Additionally:
- Crit chance improves.
- Chase trigger chance on crit increases (30% → 40%).
This creates layered probability stacking. However, you need to beware that this is only possible if you have Fu Fei as support. If not, you need to use this slot for Fighting Master.

However, if you are able to build out Fu Fei, you can ramp up the heat with Abundant!
Why This Is the “Cheap” Version
- Abundant Spirit can be earned through KvK progression.
- Chase is a very accessible early skill.
- Only one legendary investment required.
For players committing to one premium magic skill, this is the most efficient synergy route.
Build Path 2: Hyper-Regeneration Ultimate Build (High Investment)
This is the expensive version and I will simply assume you have Fu Fei if this is relevant to you.
Core Synergy
- Infinite Firepower
- Energy Mastery
- Corrosive Power

All legendary. All high cost.
Why This Works
Instead of leaning into crit/chase, this build leans into:
- Stacked Energy regeneration
- Faster ultimate cycles
- Amplified ultimate damage
Energy Mastery
Energy Mastery increases Energy Regen Speed significantly.
When stacked with Infinite Firepower’s built-in 20% regen boost, the result is extremely fast ultimate cycling. In some of my later-season tests, ultimates were coming online noticeably earlier than standard mage builds.

This shifts the damage profile from sustained AoE pressure to heavy rotational burst.
Corrosive Power
Corrosive Power further enhances magical damage output tied to ultimates.
When ultimates trigger faster and hit harder, the synergy becomes multiplicative rather than additive.

You’re no longer just benefiting from Infinite Firepower’s damage — you’re using it as a catalyst to supercharge your entire ultimate loop.
Why This Build Is Expensive
All components are legendary priced, meaning super expensive! Read more about the pricing of legendary skills (and Corrosive) here.
Conclusion Summary
Infinite Firepower is the premier magical DPS legendary skill.
- 350% AoE every 3 seconds at 60% trigger rate
- Built-in 20% Energy Regen boost
- Synergizes with both crit/chase and ultimate-regen builds
Budget Route:
Pair with Abundant Spirit + Chase for high-value crit builds.
Premium Route:
Pair with Energy Mastery + Corrosive Power for hyper-regen ultimate cycling.
The only real drawback is cost and specialization commitment. Legendary skills are expensive, and Infinite Firepower firmly anchors you into a magical damage focus.
If you’re building a dedicated mage core and want consistent, scaling AoE pressure, this is one of the strongest investments you can make.
