Physical Damage Dealer

The best rolls for your specific Immortal depends entirely on the sub-type of Attack Immortal you are running and on the build you use it in. Therefore, I am reluctant to make a simplified list of the best rolls. Instead, we need to dive deep and understand each of the three archtypes of Attack Immortals and their individual Best In Slot Artifact Attribute Rolls.

Therefore I want to dive a bit deeper then merely presenting the options of rolls. In this article we are diving deep into the world of Ultimate Ability Based Damage Dealers.

Alexander, Hannibal Barca are iconic in this category as champions of full on physical damage dealer with great success. They furthermore are unique in the sense that their Unique Artifacts are able to roll a Bonus Roll called Rapid, increaseing their attack speed. Only these two are able to get this bonus. You cannot use Surge for anything on these two Immortals since their Unique Effects turn their Ultimates into Passive abilities. Hence they get a new Bonus Rapid in exchange for an otherwise useless Surge.

The result is that you still want Iron Fist Bonus on these Immortals almost always. Only if you are running both Alex and Hannibal in a hybrid setup with Berserk, Speed Blessing, Unique artifact on Zeno and Qin in the backline will you have high enough attack speed to make rapid worth while. Moreover, big whales with Wind Rage may take more value from Rapid. I have not been able to test that yet.

For everyone else and as a default Iron Will is always extreemly strong.

All six of our Physical Damage Dealer Attack Immortals must have Physical Attack Rate % or Value as the Primary Artifact Roll. Anything else will be a big decrease in damage potential.

In addition, their performance largely comes down to their need for accuracy.

Your physical damage dealers must have accuracy: If you are using Coercion in your setup, then Accuracy drops below phys defense and crit rate in value. If you DO NOT run Coercion, accuracy is a close second and sometimes even stronger than phys %.

The hardest thing about Immortal Artifacts, is knowing your hit-rate.

If you are running no Coercion but have completed the dragon talent tree, you could still be hit-capped against non-dodge (Manco / Afterimage / Missleading) builds. However, if you are not and you try to take on such a build, you are missing out on a ton of damage.

It is highly underrated how much your dps goes down if you are not hit-capped.
