Beginners: How to Trade Honor with a Friend

Trading Honor with Your Friends – A Guide

Why Trade Honor?

Honor trading is a crucial strategy in Infinity Kingdom, yet many players do it inefficiently. I’ve seen too many players simply sending weak attacks at a friend, or removing their main march and garrisoning themselves with a secondary march, then letting their friend attack with honor talents active. While this does generate honor, it’s extremely inefficient compared to the optimal method.

Players in my preparation-stage server (I play on Server 325 now) have been asking how to trade honor correctly. The right way ensures maximum value from your Talented attacks by letting you cleave through four weak marches from your friend, doubling your honor gain.

Why Honor Matters in Infinity Kingdom

Honor is one of the most important resources in Infinity Kingdom, yet many players don’t fully understand how vital it is to their overall growth and strength. Whether you’re competing for dominance in PvP battles, defending your territory, or simply trying to keep up with the top players in your server, Honor plays a crucial role in your success.

What is Honor?

Honor is a prestige-based ranking system that provides direct stat bonuses to your troops. Unlike temporary buffs from items or research, Honor-based buffs are permanent as long as you maintain your ranking. This means that players with high Honor not only have an edge in fights but also scale their power faster than others.

The Benefits of Honor

  1. Troop Attribute Buffs
    • Honor increases key attributes like attack, defense, and HP.
    • These percentage-based increases boost overall troop effectiveness, making your armies stronger in every fight.
  2. Troop Count Increases
    • One of the most significant advantages of Honor is the ability to bring more troops into battle.
    • Since army size is one of the most critical power factors, increasing troop count gives you a direct advantage over lower-rank players.

Since troop count is the key to overall strength, maximizing Honor Ranking gives you a competitive advantage in battles.

How to Trade Honor Efficiently

Alright, let’s break it down in a simple, easy-to-follow way. If you want to trade honor efficiently, you and your friend need to work together properly. Don’t just randomly attack and hope for the best. Follow this step-by-step process to maximize your honor gain every day!

Step 1: One of You Leaves the Alliance

  • If you and your friend are in the same alliance, one of you needs to temporarily leave so you can attack each other.
  • Make sure to coordinate so they can rejoin quickly afterward.

Step 2: Positioning – Get Close

Relocate right next to each other to avoid march travel time.

The closer you are, the faster the process will go! You can do this at a little range, but you must be able to send three attacks before the 5 min relocation build timer runs out. So just move next to each other before you being!

Step 3: The Defender Sets Up (Weaken Yourself!)

  • The defender (Player One starts first) removes:
    • All Tower of Knowledge (ToK) skills
    • All Dragons
    • All Equipment (optional, but makes it even better)
  • This ensures weak marches with maximum troop deaths, which means more honor per battle.

Step 4: Defender Garrisoning

  • Player One uses a relocation right next to themselves.
  • They send all four weak, naked marches to garrison the relocated spot.
  • This sets up the perfect opportunity for the attacker!

Step 5: Attacker Goes All-In with Honor Talent

  • Player Two activates the Honor Talent (Rank Advancement in the talent tree).
  • Player Two attacks the four garrisons with their strongest main march.
  • Repeat this process three times (until all three Honor Talent stacks are used).

Step 6: Swap and Repeat

  • Now, Player Two removes all ToK skills, dragons, and equipment.
  • Player Two uses a relocation and garrisons four weak marches.
  • Player One activates Honor Talent and attacks.
  • Repeat three times.

The Result?

  • Both players maximize their Honor gain in a short time.
  • More Honor = More buffs = More power!
  • Repeat daily with a trusted friend for consistent ranking gains.

Summary – Quick Steps to Follow

  1. One player leaves the alliance.
  2. Teleport close to each other.
  3. The defender removes ToK skills, dragons, and equipment.
  4. The defender garrisons four weak marches at a relocation spot.
  5. The attacker uses Honor Talent and attacks three times.
  6. Swap roles and repeat.
  7. Rejoin the alliance when done.
  8. Do this every day for the best results!

Using this method ensures that both players get the most Honor possible while minimizing wasted attacks. If you see players using inefficient methods, share this guide with them!

General Notes – Honor Gains

  1. Trade Honor with Friends
    • The most efficient way to farm Honor is through coordinated Honor Trading (see separate guide for details).
    • This involves setting up weak marches for your friend to attack while their Honor Talent is active, and then swapping roles.
  2. Participate in KE and PvP Events
    • High-risk, high-reward: Defeating enemy players in KE events can yield huge Honor gains.
    • However, be strategic—avoid unnecessary troop losses and always attack from a position of strength.
  3. Stay Active in Server Wars
    • Many servers have large-scale battles that reward Honor for successful attacks.
    • Join your alliance’s war efforts to consistently gain Honor over time.

Happy Honor farming!
