Capital Orders
Guide to Provincial Capitals and Their Provincial Orders in Norheim
Understanding Provincial Capitals and Orders
In Infinity Kingdom, every city is part of a province, and each province has a Capital City. These capitals hold immense strategic importance as they grant access to Provincial Orders, powerful buffs that apply throughout the entire province. Utilizing these orders effectively can provide significant advantages in both resource generation and war strategy.

The Three Provincial Orders
These orders are on quite long Cooldown (10 hours of War Tax and 1day + for the others). They last for 1 hour and provide quite powerful buffs for the duration.
1. War Tax (Best Order – Always Use!)
- Effect: Increases tax speed (gold production in dwellings) by 20%.
- Why It’s Essential: Gold is the backbone of your economy. More gold means faster upgrades, stronger armies, and a better war economy.
- Strategy: This order should always be active and on cooldown. The increased gold generation massively outweighs any other benefits from alternative orders.
- Alliance Tactics: Alliances should mark territories where War Tax is active and ensure members stay within Capital Province Territory to benefit from this buff.

2. Quick Repair (Situational – Use During KE if Necessary)
- Effect: Reduces Bloody Rage duration by 50%.
- Use Case: Primarily useful during Kill Events (KE) where faster recovery is needed.
- Why It’s Less Favored: Reducing Bloody Rage is good, but gold production is far more valuable. In KE situations, most experienced players will relocate rather than rely on shorter rage durations.
- When to Use: If your alliance is under heavy attack and needs shorter rage durations, this can be activated briefly, but War Tax should still be the priority.
3. Hold All Territory (Situational – Use for Extended Shields)
- Effect: Increases Truce (Shield) duration by 50%.
- Use Case: Useful when defending key locations or preparing for an extended absence.
- Why It’s Less Favored: Shield extensions are nice, but War Tax is the true powerhouse. If you are actively managing your city, you should not need to rely on this as much.
- When to Use: If expecting a massive invasion or during major downtime, this could be useful, but again, gold trumps everything.
Alliance Strategy: Maximizing War Tax Benefits
To optimize the benefits of War Tax:
- Always be within Capital Province Territory.
- The provincial buff applies to the entire province, not just the immediate area around the Capital City.
- Place Alliance Markers for Guidance.
- R5 and R6 leaders should mark active War Tax territories to guide members.
- Encourage Province Control.
- Prioritize capturing and holding Provincial Capitals to ensure constant access to War Tax.

Conclusion: War Tax Reigns Supreme
While the other orders have their uses, War Tax should always be the go-to choice. The additional gold generation fuels progress, ensuring faster upgrades and a stronger economy. Alliances should coordinate their movements, placing markers to help members remain within capital-controlled provinces.
Stay within War Tax provinces, maximize your gold, and dominate Norheim!
