Infinity Kingdom’s monthly “Gift of Bondings” bundle series continues in May 2025 with a fresh cosmetic theme and functional castle skin rewards. While past bundles have seen mixed reception, the current edition raises a few eyebrows due to the nature of its rewards and their practical value. Let’s take a closer look at this month’s offering and evaluate whether it’s worth your investment.

Bundle Structure and Contents

The Gift of Bondings event is always structured in three stages:

1. First Tier Bundle (~$5 USD)

• Peter Avatar Frame
• 1x Dragon Essence
• Artifact Fragments
• VIP Points

This initial tier is generally cosmetic-heavy and offers minimal functional value. The Peter frame is a neat addition for collectors, and the dragon essence is mildly useful if you are still progressing through your Dragon Talent Trees. However, this tier primarily serves as the entry point to unlock the more substantial second bundle.

2. Second Tier Bundle ($50USD)

• Singular Realm Teleport Effect
• 3% Gathering Speed

This tier is where the bundle series takes a dip. The Singular Realm teleport effect is purely cosmetic for the most part, and the functional buff of 3% Gathering Speed is extremely underwhelming. Given that gathering is largely done with downtime anyway, this bonus won’t significantly impact your gameplay. Moreover, the abundance of high resource collection buffs makes this a drop in a bucket. Most players are not keeping 100% uptime on their gatheres, I would actually venture to go as far as to say no player does. Hence you will have downtime regardless and if you truely do care about efficient resource collection, you are using better buffs from item buffs and talent trees making this not matter anyway.

3. Third Tier Bundle ($100 USD)

• Paradeisos Castle Skin
• 5% Prosperity Recovery Speed
• 5% Building Speed

This tier is the highlight of this month’s Gift of Bondings. The Paradeisos skin is visually pleasing, but more importantly, offers solid functional buffs. The 5% Building Speed is particularly useful for players racing to upgrade their castles to levels 50 or 55 depending on the season. However, the 5% Prosperity Recovery Speed is the standout buff here, especially for players active in Squad Tournament formats in the Conquest season where Prosperity regeneration is a real factor.

Overall Evaluation

This month’s Gift of Bondings bundle is one of the weaker ones we’ve seen:

• Pros: The Paradeisos skin offers decent buffs and might be worth it for players chasing server-first progression or actively participating in IB formats.
• Cons: The third-tier reward is largely cosmetic, and the gathering speed buff is not impactful enough to justify the high price.

If you’re selective about your spending, this is one bundle you can likely skip unless you’re specifically looking to complete your castle skin collection or want that slight edge in building and recovery speed.

Final Recommendation

• Buy the first tier only if you’re a collector or need the dragon essence.

This month’s Gift of Bondings is a pass for most players. Save your resources for higher-value bundles or strategic upgrades elsewhere.
