New Seven-Day Bundle Scheme – Patch 2.8.2

With Patch 2.8.2, Infinity Kingdom introduced a brand-new seven-day bundle system, a recurring micro-spending feature aimed at giving players daily rewards for a limited time. The idea is simple: purchase a low-cost bundle for seven consecutive days, and if you buy five of them, you unlock a bonus chest.

On paper, this sounds like an appealing, low-commitment way to stack up on rare resources — but is it actually worth it?

Let’s break it down.

🔍 How the Seven-Day Bundle Works

The bundles come in daily rotation. Each day, for seven days, you have the option to purchase a bundle box, usually priced between $2–3 USD. If you purchase at least five out of the seven, you unlock a bonus chest at the end of the cycle.

The contents of the bundles vary by rotation and even by server season (e.g. early game vs. Conquest), and so far we’ve seen:

🧪 First Rotation – Philosopher Stones

  • Cost: $2/day
  • Contents:
    • 3x Philosopher Stones
    • 60x Saladin Fragments (bonus unlock across the week)
    • Bonus Chest: Full Saladin unlock + additional resources

This was arguably one of the better-value bundles, especially for newer players. You’re essentially getting 15 Philosopher Stones and a legendary Immortal for around $10, plus some gems and extras. Not game-breaking, but decent value — especially if you’re low on purple crystals for shop rotations.

Still, for spenders who already participate in seasonal bundles and events like Golden Path, purple crystals will come by the hundreds just from melting fragments. So this bundle, while reasonable, won’t be essential for most.

🔧 Second Rotation – Artifact Fragments

  • Cost: $3/day
  • Contents:
    • 5x Random Artifact Fragments per day
    • Bonus Chest: A non-unique full artifact
    • Some materials and gems

Unfortunately, this bundle is not recommended. Regular artifacts (i.e., not unique or legendary ones) are simply not valuable, even in early seasons like Season 1. By the time you’re chasing artifacts, you’re usually in a position where skill stones or energy-based skills are a much better investment. Spending $15 for normal artifact fragments is hard to justify.

🔥 Conquest Rotation – Dragon Talents (Dragon Essences)

  • Cost: $3/day
  • Contents:
    • Dragon Talent Stones (Essences)
    • Bonus: Additional essences or resources

This one is situationally valuable. In early Conquest, when you’re just starting to develop Dragon Talents, essences can be a limiting factor. The bundle offers a manageable way to speed up that progression. That said, over time, most active Conquest players will accumulate more than enough essences through regular gameplay — so it’s a good early boost, but not a long-term value.

💸 Verdict – Should You Buy?

Let’s be blunt — most of these bundles are not worth your money.

The $2 Philosopher Stone bundle is decent for early-game spenders who need cheap purple crystals or want a quick Immortal unlock. Even then, it’s mostly convenience, not necessity.

The $3 artifact fragment bundle is, frankly, terrible value. You’re better off saving for better bundles or spending that money on Tower of Knowledge skill shards, event packs, or VIP upgrades.

The Dragon Essence bundle for Conquest players is situationally useful, but only if you’re in the early stages of developing your Dragon Talents. Later, you’ll have more than you can spend.

🔑 Summary

  • Philosopher Stones Bundle ($2): Okay value, especially for unlocking a specific Immortal like Saladin. Decent if you’re short on purple crystals.
  • Artifact Fragment Bundle ($3): Not recommended. Regular artifacts are cheap, common, and mostly irrelevant.
  • ⚖️ Dragon Essence Bundle ($3): Good early Conquest boost, but falls off in value quickly.

Ultimately, if you’re a spender, you’re probably better off putting your money into event packs with high-end skill shards, ToK unlocks, or VIP progress. These bundles aren’t predatory, but they’re not game-changers either.
