These rewards can make a huge difference, especially for new players, by providing a large influx of gems to fuel your early progress. Knowing where to find these rewards and planning how to spend them is crucial to maximizing their value.

Why Focus on One-Time Rewards?

As a new player, you might feel like gems are flowing in constantly—but don’t let that deceive you! Many gem rewards in Infinity Kingdom are one-time only. Understanding this helps you:

  1. Plan ahead for major gem expenditures, like VIP upgrades or immortal summoning.
  2. Avoid the misconception of having a perpetual stream of gems.

Let’s explore the key sources of one-time gem rewards and how to make the most of them.

The Best One-Time Gem Sources

1. Unlocking Immortals

Unlocking immortals is one of the easiest ways to earn gems early on:

  • Rare Immortal: 50 gems
  • Epic Immortal: 100 gems
  • Legendary Immortal: 300 gems (equivalent to one philosopher’s stone)

To maximize this, focus on summoning and upgrading immortals to unlock their gem rewards quickly.

2. Ruins Exploration

Exploring ruins rewards you with both random and guaranteed gem payouts:

  • Random gems: Found while exploring ruins.
  • Area completion: 30 gems for completing all nodes in a region.
  • Puzzle completion: 50 gems for solving the area’s puzzle.

Ruins are not just great for gems—they also help you unlock valuable resources and boost your kingdom’s growth.

3. Well of Time (Campaign Mode)

Clearing the Well of Time provides steady gem rewards:

  • First clear of strongholds: 50 gems each.
  • Chapter completion: 3x 50 gems per chapter.

This adds up quickly as you progress through the chapters. Make sure to complete all available strongholds and chapters as efficiently as possible.

4. Chronicle Rewards

The Chronicle is the single largest source of one-time gem rewards:

  • Early Chronicles: 200–300 gems each.
  • Later Chronicles: 1,200+ gems each.
  • Total rewards: Upwards of 12,000 gems without bonuses and close to 15,000 gems with bonuses.

This makes the Chronicle an essential focus for new players. Prioritize completing Chronicles as you progress through the game to collect these significant rewards.

5. Legion of Frostborne (Advanced Chronicle)

Once your server completes the Royal Ambition Chronicle and the first Contention of Relics, the Legion of Frostborne unlocks.

  • Seasonal Chronicle: Resets every season and offers substantial gem rewards. This is a vital resource for mid-to-late-game players, so plan your gem spending with this in mind.

6. Contention of Relics

While not as lucrative as other sources, the Contention of Relics offers additional gems during and after battles. Focus on participating in these events to supplement your gem earnings.

With all these one-time gem rewards, it’s important to spend them wisely. Here are the two best ways for new players to use gems:

  1. VIP Level 10: Reaching VIP 10 unlocks a daily philosopher’s stone reward, providing long-term value.
  2. Immortal Summoning: Invest in summoning powerful immortals to strengthen your team early.

Avoid spending gems on speed-ups or other consumables unless absolutely necessary. Focus on investments that will provide lasting benefits to your account.

Tip: I am not 100% sure that this is still working, but it used to be (couple months ago) that players could add the Discord account “ikvip” and get a monthly gift worth over 1000 gems (many stones). I have tried to get this confirmed as something that still works, however I have not been able to get final confirmation. But what you should do is give it a whirl and send a kind hello to the IK VIP discord account.
