Tower of Knowledge tier list for level 21-30

Here is the completed Tower of Knowledge Tier List Guide (Levels 21-30) for Infinity Kingdom!

Welcome, fellow Infinity Kingdom players! This guide focuses on Tower of Knowledge (ToK) skills from levels 21 to 30. During the early preparation stage, it’s easy to overspend purple crystals on skills that you’ll later need to replace. Rebirthing skills costs you 20% of the original crystal investment, so it’s crucial to choose wisely and avoid wasting precious resources. I’ll share which skills I recommend upgrading, which to skip, and how to keep your builds efficient while still enjoying a power boost in these early levels.

As you progress through levels 21-30 in the Tower of Knowledge (ToK), you unlock some of the most impactful skills in Infinity Kingdom. These abilities shape PvE boss fights, PvP battles, and hybrid team compositions.

This guide will help new and experienced players decide which skills to invest in, and which to avoid to maximize their purple crystal efficiency.

Level 22 Unlocks

Root

  • Effect: Deals single-target damage and applies a Root effect to immobilize enemies.
  • Analysis: Great for PvE boss fights due to its consistent single-target damage. However, not very useful in PvP, where mobility and cleanse effects diminish its value.
  • Tier: B (Good for PvE, weak in PvP)

Precision

  • Effect: Increases accuracy by 15%.
  • Analysis: Accuracy is rarely an issue, making this skill pointless in most scenarios.
  • Tier: D (Avoid)

Penance

  • Effect: Reflects a small portion of damage back at the attacker.
  • Analysis: The reflected damage is minimal, making this a waste of resources.
  • Tier: D (Avoid)

Level 24 Unlocks

Rage

  • Effect: Increases critical hit rate.
  • Analysis: Very strong if you have a crit-based team, especially in fire teams using Chase. However, it will eventually be replaced by better skills.
  • Tier: A (Great early on, but will be dropped later)

Concentration

  • Effect: Increases magic damage by 30%.
  • Analysis: One of the best skills for mages, as raw damage scaling is incredibly powerful. A core skill for any magic-based Immortal.
  • Tier: S (Must-have for magic teams)

Level 25 Unlocks

Agile

  • Effect: Increases dodge rate.
  • Analysis: Dodge rate is unreliable, and the impact is minimal. Not worth the investment.
  • Tier: D (Avoid)

Retaliate

  • Effect: 30% chance to counterattack when hit by a normal attack.
  • Analysis: Can be useful in niche scenarios, such as a Peter frontline against hybrid teams. However, its uses are too situational to justify investing in.
  • Tier: C (Situational)

Chase

  • Effect: Allows follow-up extra attacks.
  • Analysis: Fantastic early game skill, especially when paired with crit-based teams. It eventually falls off, but remains a strong investment for most of the game.
  • Tier: A (Strong, but not permanent)

Level 26 Unlocks

Magic Shield

  • Effect: Reduces magic damage taken.
  • Analysis: Magic damage isn’t a big enough threat to justify using a skill slot for this.
  • Tier: C (Not useful in most situations)

Chaotic Blade

  • Effect: Increases normal attack damage with a chance for bonus damage.
  • Analysis: Very strong in the early game, especially for attack-speed-based Immortals. Over time, it gets outclassed but remains great for secondary teams.
  • Tier: A (Good early, still useful later)

Level 27 Unlocks

Physical Shield

  • Effect: Reduces physical damage taken.
  • Analysis: Unlike Magic Shield, this skill is actually useful because most normal attacks and ultimates are physical.
  • Tier: A (Good defensive skill)

Anger

  • Effect: Increases physical damage by 30%.
  • Analysis: A top-tier skill for physical damage dealers like Alexander, Hannibal, and Attila.
  • Tier: S (Essential for physical teams)

Absorb

  • Effect: Provides lifesteal (leeching damage for healing).
  • Analysis: On certain builds, like Duel Master Alexander, this skill can provide crazy sustain. However, not useful for most teams.
  • Tier: C (Situational)

Level 28 Unlocks

Heavenly Thunder

  • Effect: Deals magic damage based on attack speed.
  • Analysis: Strong in hybrid teams where attack speed is high. Works well in specific hybrid builds but not a general-use skill.
  • Tier: B (Good in specific setups)

Fighting Master

  • Effect: Grants control immunity.
  • Analysis: One of the best PvP skills in the game. Being immune to crowd control is game-changing in high-level fights.
  • Tier: S (Must-have for PvP)

Level 29 Unlocks

After-Image

  • Effect: Boosts dodge rate.
  • Analysis: Not great on its own, but when paired with Misleading (unlocked later), it can create a dodge-focused team.
  • Tier: B (Mediocre alone, strong with Misleading)

Toxin Nova

  • Effect: Deals poison damage over time.
  • Analysis: A strong early-to-mid game skill, but will eventually be replaced by better abilities.
  • Tier: A (Good, but temporary)

Defensive Blessing

  • Effect: Provides flat defense boosts.
  • Analysis: Amazing for any team, as flat defense reduction is always useful. Works well even in late-game setups.
  • Tier: A (Highly effective)

Level 30 Unlocks

Adrenaline Rush

  • Effect: Increases energy regen speed.
  • Analysis: Absolutely broken on Immortals who rely on ultimates, like Richard, Hippolyta, Charles, and Attila.
  • Tier: S (Game-changing for certain Immortals)

Garrote

  • Effect: Increases bleed damage.
  • Analysis: Good for physical DoT setups. Works similarly to Chaotic Blade.
  • Tier: A (Good, but not core)

Fire Nova

  • Effect: Deals AoE magic damage.
  • Analysis: Solid for magic teams, but eventually replaced by stronger skills like Annihilation. Still great for second and third teams.
  • Tier: A (Strong early, good later)

Iron Will

  • Effect: Provides resistance to magic damage.
  • Analysis: Just like Magic Shield, this is not necessary.
  • Tier: D (Avoid)
